| Yoga Outdoors Patti Essig | Practice yoga outdoors at Loretto Center!
Relax your body, calm your mind and enliven your spirit. The yoga sequence that is taught is a blend of gentle yoga postures,
breathing techniques, and witness consciousness, enabling the body to release deep layers of tension. Practice using these
techniques on the yoga mat and live a fuller more joyful life. Presenter, Patti Essig, Amrit Yoga Institute and Yoga Alliance
certified yoga teacher with over 650 curriculum hours, has taught yoga and various workshops (Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayamma)
for over seven years at her studio in Naperville, Yoga Energy and other locations in the western suburbs. She studies with Yoga
Master Amrit Desai and attends retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh and The Dalai Lama. See Patti's website:

| Christmas Quiet: A Day of Silence for a Season of Peace Maisie Sparks | This day of silent reflection offers us the opportunity to enter the Christmas season with a greater sense of peace
and joy by reminding us that Christ's Presence in our lives is our most desired gift. Devotional and scriptural readings along with
music of the season will proceed periods of quiet meditation. You are encouraged to bring your journal or a notebook to capture
insights from your times of reflection. Maisie Sparks, a spiritual director, facilitates this annual Advent offering.
